Important: "Picker Score" is a relative comparison score among the photos selected for Best Photo Picker. "Glow Score" is an individual photo analysis score.
06 — Acceptable Use
You agree to not engage in any unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful use of the Glow or No application and its services.
07 — Intellectual Property
Centaur Studios retains all ownership and rights to the app, its branding, user interface, and software.
Users retain all ownership rights to the photos they upload and process using the app.
08 — Availability
We strive to keep the service running smoothly. However, the service may change, pause, or be unavailable at times. AI and backend services may occasionally fail or produce delayed responses. We are not liable for any downtime or disruptions.
09 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Centaur Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Glow or No.
