3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases and subscription plans (e.g., GrindLog PRO). These purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies
4. Advertising
Our free applications may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. By using our free Services, you agree to the display of advertisements within the application.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are owned by Centaur Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our Services (e.g., workout data, custom settings). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Modify, adapt, or hack our Services or modify another website to imply association with our Services
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any of our software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTAUR STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
